ATC Round Robin

This should be fun!!!! We have a group of eight, at each stop one thing will be added to the ATC, then when we get ours back we will send one of ours to each person in the round...so we will all end up with 8 different cards created by all of us!! To start mine I added a page from an old medical journal. I also thought it would be fun to do a card with the mail route on it. I gave Mrs. Wade a hat and a seedbead necklace.

A surprise from

a couple of my charming friends!!! Leah and Lani just made my day!!! Even though they live on opposite coast they were both in on it. Today I received these cute little stamps... LOVE THEM!!! Leah even trimmed and mounted them for me!!! So very VERY happy!! Can't wait to play with them. Thanks so much!

Snow Delight

For a swap. This is what I have been working on for the last 3 days. It was fun but took a little longer than I thought it would. The snow babies are from a painting pattern by Annie Lang...they had cute round noses and since this is a snowman swap I thought they needed carrot noses so I changed that, chalked their rosy cheeks, and glittered their caps. I stamped delight on twill and added snowflake charms. I love the way they turned out!

Garvan Gardens Mini Album

My friend Chandra sent me these really cool envelopes from Martha Stewart for Christmas and they were too cool to use as cards so I bound them together to make a mini album. I used two envelopes and 3 cards. On the envelopes I glued the first flap shut and covered it with paper to use as the cover on the second one I left the flap open to hold my tags and it is the back cover. The inside "pages" are 3 cards cut in half. Papers are Cloud 9 Christmas Is and also lots of fun embellishments from that line were used. That was an awesome RAK from Angela at Fiskars! All the charms came from ACP. It was a really fun night and I soooo enjoyed scrapping about it!

Color Your World

another ATC!!?? and guess what DH went out and bought me a new printer...what a sweetie!!! However, my old one decided to start working!!!!??? It is only a year old so I hope it keeps going so we can return the new one. It kept saying the paper was out/jammed/or error 1550...over and over...two different days it did this to me and took HOURS to get a couple of photos....but now the new one is here it is working like a charm!!!??

Quick Thank You

I bought a pack of 10 baby thank you cards for $1...cute pink envelopes came with them!! I took off the center of one and added a flower from my scrap pile and a Doodlebug flower sticker to make a really quick card.

Laugh ATC

I really wnated to do a layout but my printer is giving me a hard time so I made another ATC! I used a butterfly die and a butterfly charm. Thanks for taking the time to stop by!

Scrapping with FT

Bunny sent me these really fun Halloween stickers...on springs!! And some dimensional ones plus gel stickers... FT was excited..he wanted them!! He loves to stick things to himself and the door and these were too cool for that so I told him he could help me make a book. Christine had sent me these four really thick, cool, BIG, and black chipboard pieces in different shapes so I used the bind-it-all on them. So cool!! I am not sure why I thought the boy would listen and carefully put the stickers where I wanted them...it started off well but then it quickly went downhill...he put the spider on the ladies head!!?? And he had to use each and every sticker on the sheet. Lots of stickers. It was fun!!!

4 Trade

I made this to keep the ATCs I have available for trade in. I cut all the pockets with my Cricut using the pocket slider in Going Places. I cut different things in the front of each so I could peek at the card to make it easy to find if someone request the ATC.

Share a Wish

I love this photo of FT sharing one of his favorite things...Dandelion Wishes! I colored the stem with a green marker and made a pom pom out of thread for the top to bring attention to it. Thanks for stopping by my blog!

My first creation of

the new year! Based on a paint pattern by Kathi Walters. I colored the charm of the month from ACP so I could enter this in their contest and tucked it under her wing. I hope to scrap more in 2009!
