I made this for Imaginisce's Challenge #5: Black & White Photo I used their Hello Cupcake line. For the little cupcake I stamped the image twice then paper pieced the two together and used a little star

button for the flame. The balloons I found an image online to print and cut out, then just added string. Thanks for stopping by!
