No, I am really not that far ahead..this was my CreativeXpress assigment for last month.

I did it...

I just had to buy the beads I linked to in my last post. LOVE them!!! Click on the photo to see them larger!! I emailed first to make sure it would be OK to make things to sell with them..glad I did because she told me they were small..and they are! However, she offered to make me 1 inch beads for $1.50 a piece.... I am cheap and normally would say noooooooooooo way but these were just too cool to pass up so I went for it. Got large and small...the cute jacket and jeans are from A Charming place.

Art Dolls and birthdays..

My Little guys turned five:

And my dolls..the boys said they were strange, scary...very interesting!! The pink and black does not say anything, the Red white and blue says freedom up and down her leg, and the blue and brown has live your dream. Soon they will be in my Etsy shop looking for a new happy home...where they will not be called strange!

Poor Panther...

gets to wear the cone of shame. She has a nasty sore on her tummy that she wouldn't leave alone...$104 dollars later...an antibiotic shot, tummy spray, and this lovely collar.

Round Robin ATCs...

got another set today...so beautiful!!! Leah did the base, Cathy stamped the butterflies, Hayley added the flowers, Christine added the swirl charm, Robin added the green sequin, and I added stickles to the largest butterfly. So fun!!!

Oh happy Day

Faerie Dust Dreams-sent me a really fun RAK for posting birthday wishes on her blog! She gave away a lot of cool gifts for her own birthday!! Oh so much fun!!! It was all in a very sweet box that she must have spent a lot of time on...then went to poke holes for ribbon and things went wrong. I hate when things like that happen. It was so pretty that I had to do something and reuse it. So I covered a flower with glitter glass and added a pink brad. LOVE it!!!!! Now it is holding a handful of my favorite ATCs! Thanks so much Michelle. Can't wait to use all the goodies inside!

Round Robin ATCs

Cathy's bases are red! All the information is not on the back but I think they started out just as red cardstock, then Hayley added the cool flower with swirl stamp, then the information is there..Christine added the bling to the flower centers, Robin added the doodled heart, and I added a butterfly charm.



Hayley's bases are all cool and inky!! Christine added the awesome embossed stamped image, Robin added the cute doodled flower, and I added the dragonfly charm and dots. This is such a fun round!!!

Round Robin and Swap ATCs

I received Christine's bases!! She used lots of glimmer mist on them, Robin added the cool black swirls in the corner, since black was in the top corner I wanted to also add a touch of black to the bottom so I did the dymo label. The bases were rounded so I also felt I needed to round my label. Can't wait for the next batch to land!!!


The lions are for a swap at Fiskars...20 of them!!! That took forever but it will be a really cool swap to get back.

Happy Valentine's Day!

I spent the day making my sweetheart a mini album. It took alllllllll day long but I finished before midnight...hope he likes it!

Not an ATC!

Can you believe two layouts!? These were my CX assignments. I needed to do a zoo layout and a beach layout using Cricut and/or Cuttlebug to embellish. It was fun!!

Treasure & Round Robin

A little thank you for Lani and Leah using one of the stamps they sent my way. They should have these by now so hopefully I am not spoiling the surprise. Thanks again!!!! I used colored pencils, a seed bead for the eyes, and rhinestones on the flowers.


I received Robin's bases! I had no idea how hard it would be to add JUST one thing!! I finally decided since her base was pink and purple and I had the perfect flowers to match I'd add flowers!! The next mail date is Monday...can't wait to see the next set!

Wild 4 You

Can't believe it is almost Valentine's Day! This little Valentine (OK so I can't cover up my addiction it is ATC size 3 1/2 x 2/12)was made using a CuttleBug die, Dymo tape, red Bazzill, Junkitz (I miss them!!), and a heart charm.

I had a fun day day scrapping today! I made 8 ATCs for a swap then after I finished those I decided to play a little more. I have had these ruler sticker forever...one of those things I bought but not really sure why so I wanted them out of here...so I used everything left on the sheet and wouldn't you know that when I was putting stuff away I found ANOTHER unopened package. I really like the way they tuned out so maybe I will use the other package soon. All the charms came from ACP, I hand stitched the flower stems.

ATC Round Robin

This should be fun!!!! We have a group of eight, at each stop one thing will be added to the ATC, then when we get ours back we will send one of ours to each person in the round...so we will all end up with 8 different cards created by all of us!! To start mine I added a page from an old medical journal. I also thought it would be fun to do a card with the mail route on it. I gave Mrs. Wade a hat and a seedbead necklace.

A surprise from

a couple of my charming friends!!! Leah and Lani just made my day!!! Even though they live on opposite coast they were both in on it. Today I received these cute little stamps... LOVE THEM!!! Leah even trimmed and mounted them for me!!! So very VERY happy!! Can't wait to play with them. Thanks so much!

Snow Delight

For a swap. This is what I have been working on for the last 3 days. It was fun but took a little longer than I thought it would. The snow babies are from a painting pattern by Annie Lang...they had cute round noses and since this is a snowman swap I thought they needed carrot noses so I changed that, chalked their rosy cheeks, and glittered their caps. I stamped delight on twill and added snowflake charms. I love the way they turned out!

Garvan Gardens Mini Album

My friend Chandra sent me these really cool envelopes from Martha Stewart for Christmas and they were too cool to use as cards so I bound them together to make a mini album. I used two envelopes and 3 cards. On the envelopes I glued the first flap shut and covered it with paper to use as the cover on the second one I left the flap open to hold my tags and it is the back cover. The inside "pages" are 3 cards cut in half. Papers are Cloud 9 Christmas Is and also lots of fun embellishments from that line were used. That was an awesome RAK from Angela at Fiskars! All the charms came from ACP. It was a really fun night and I soooo enjoyed scrapping about it!

I received a huge box today and inside was all kinds of fun scrapping goodies..Chatterbox, October Afternoon, KI memories, and Queen & Co and the signed book!!! isn't it cool!? All kinds of new fun goodies to play with and the book is AMAZING!! Not only does it have lots of tips but each and every layout is large enjoy to enjoy the journaling!! And boy oh boy is there a lot of layouts in there. LOVE it!!! Thanks for drawing my name Courtney!! I am going to enjoy it all!!!

Color Your World

another ATC!!?? and guess what DH went out and bought me a new printer...what a sweetie!!! However, my old one decided to start working!!!!??? It is only a year old so I hope it keeps going so we can return the new one. It kept saying the paper was out/jammed/or error 1550...over and over...two different days it did this to me and took HOURS to get a couple of photos....but now the new one is here it is working like a charm!!!??
